The facts of life stated in these pages are
published in the public interest, in anticipation that sooner rather than later the
government and the authorities will be putting an end to the fraudulent activities of the
Legal Circles, as promised in 1995, to the founder of the Non Governmental Organisation
*human-rights.org*.
The evidence published and to be published
points to, and establishes in the most profound way, the rampant free for all from which
members of the legal circles benefit, as licensed criminals (A1).
Abuse of court facilities, for and through
invisible services and crime flourishes. Public Servants free to systematically engage in
crime, contemptuous of the law (B1). Such abuse can no longer be tolerated in any Democracy that
purportedly rests and or is founded on the Rule of Law & Order.
Our Law Enforcement Agencies are staffed with
public servants. The said SERVANTS are retained by the state/government AND MAINTAINED, at
public expense, TO SERVE The LAW and the citizens. They are seen to be serving other
agendas through blunt defaults and omissions (B2) while the legal professions are allowed, and even encouraged, by
judicial chairs occupants, to fraudulently and corruptly convert the assets of targeted
citizens to allegedly legitimate legal costs (B3).
The letters exchanged with public servants, who
operated within the Legal Aid Board, now the Legal Services Commission establish abuse of
office (A1)
and blunt co-operation with solicitors in the conversion and theft of funds through:
(a) False instruments by solicitors and
(b) Fraudulent misrepresentations by the
'public servants retained, by the state, to administer other peoples' funds (A1). It should be noted
that the very officers had similarly been indulging when acting as funds administrators at
the Legal Aid Board (B4). What use the change of name when the same wolves are in charge of and in
control at the Legal Services Commission? (**)
In so far as the average citizen is concerned,
whether they have been the victims of crime or not, ALL citizens have a duty to report
crimes to the authorities. It would appear, however, that as the citizens have been noting
and observing the reckless failures of the authorities to deal with crime, specifically
crime from within the areas that my pages cover, APATHY SETTLED IN. In my humble opinion,
justifiably, the citizens have also been turning a blind eye to crime. They are simply
emulating those who are retained, on their behalf, to deal with breaches of law and
violations of the citizens' rights. I point to typical examples that are covered in these
pages where the police, WITH INTENT, FAILED TO PROSECUTE OFFENDERS FOR CRIMES reported to
them. In one instance they also furnished false, inexcusable and unjustified assertions to
the Criminal Injuries Compensation Authority, about my agent, fully intending to block any
compensation being paid to the victim of an assault that put the life of my agent, at
risk, because of the haemorrhage caused by a punctured vein. |
